Arsenal midfielder Thomas Partey has asked to leave for Juventus when the transfer window reopens in the New Year.
The Ghana international was the subject of interest from Saudi Arabia last summer, but the Gunners opted to keep him.
He started the first three games of the campaign before picking up a groin injury in the lead up to the Manchester United clash.
Partey recently returned to the squad, but he did not make a single start for them before sustaining another muscular problem.
It is now reported by Tuttomercatoweb that the midfielder sees his future away from Arsenal with Mikel Arteta sidelining him.
Partey is no longer an assured starter when fit and available and he has apparently asked to leave the club in the New Year.
It remains to be seen whether the Gunners will sanction a sale, considering Arteta prefers adequate depth in the number six role.
He may want a replacement in the squad before considering his exit.
