Chelsea are reportedly preparing a summer approach to sign Paris Saint-Germain midfielder Vitinha.
The Portuguese joined Les Parisiens from Porto in the summer of 2022. He has since been a key player from central midfield.
His performances have caught the eye of the Blues, who were previously following his development in the Primeira Liga.
